Aldo was there every single day, keeping us updated, answering all of our questions with patience, and making sure everything was done to perfection. The entire team was professional, timely, and delivered incredible customer service. Our pool looks stunning, and the process was stress-free thanks to their dedication and communication. I am completely satisfied with Alligator Pools! The care they took to make my old pool look new, and more beautiful than ever, was impressive. The work crew was very efficient, and each person on the team was professional and polite. They clearly take pride in their work. The main office manager, Martha Lopez, was always available and helpful. The most impressive member of Alligator Pools is the company project manager, Aldo Rosado. He came by daily to make sure that I was satisfied with the project’s progression. Mr Rosado accurately diagnosed a leak in the light fixture, after the pool was filled, and even braved the very chilly water to personally patch the spot. He has also patiently answered my many questions on pool maintenance. I can’t imagine anyone representing Alligator Pools in the field better than Mr. Rosado! I am very happy to recommend this company!

SEAMLESS. I have never had a project as efficient, professional, and well managed as the one Aldo and Alligator pools took on. It started with a call to Alligator pools where Martha took my information and very quickly had Aldo come out to see my pool. Martha was the first person I spoke to and she was calm, and friendly, and answered all of my questions. Aldo came by within the week and it was quite obvious he knows his craft. He reassured me my pool could be fixed and explained timeline and costs. When we received the proposal everything was itemized and clearly explained. The price was fair and no hidden costs. We took a few months to figure out what we wanted and asked if Aldo could come back out. Martha once again scheduled Aldo to come out and he answered all of our questions. He is a busy man but he took all the time we required without rushing us. We immediately trusted this company and it was in large part to Aldo and Martha. After our new proposal was sent (we had added a few things) and we signed it and sent the deposit, our project started in a weeks time. Aldo brought in his team and those guys worked tirelessly. They started on a Thursday afternoon and the job was completed by Tuesday. Aldo would come by every day to check on his guys and the work. He cares about the projects he takes on. The team was respectful of our property, never asked for anything, and kept their work clean and organized. I was amazed at what a well oiled machine this company is. Aldo is Alligator Pools and I am certain there isn't a better choice out there. A++++++

Alligator Pools is one of the best companies we have ever worked with. Aldo was here every day making sure everything was done to our satisfaction and everything was done correctly. He was happy to make any adjustments we wanted as the work was in progress and was such a pleasure to do business with. The work crew was extremely efficient and paid attention to detail. Martha was prompt in answering any of our questions and a great help. The job started and completed in the given time frame, and they cleaned everything up when they were finished!
