We have had Freddy cleaning our pools for several months now and have been so pleased with our service. We have a lot of vegetation around the pool which leaves a lot of leaves etc in it however every week when Freddy cleans it, it looks so good. He is also so friendly and speaks English which is good for us that does not speak Spanish. I highly recommend Aligator Pools and especially Freddy. Office staff is also easy to reach and nice to speak to.

Alligator Pools is one of the best companies we have ever worked with. Aldo was here every day making sure everything was done to our satisfaction and everything was done correctly. He was happy to make any adjustments we wanted as the work was in progress and was such a pleasure to do business with. The work crew was extremely efficient and paid attention to detail. Martha was prompt in answering any of our questions and a great help. The job started and completed in the given time frame, and they cleaned everything up when they were finished! It was an absolute pleasure working with them and would highly recommend.

Alligator Pools gets my full recommendation - they are the best pool company in town hands down. Aldo was my project manager and he is THE BEST! A problem solver, efficient and honest - I knew I was in great hands. We had great communication and he got things done! We had a new pool heater installed and a salt water switch from chlorine. Aldo handed everything from calling the electrician to explaining to me exactly what needed to get done and having it completed within a week of calling them. I immediately felt like I could trust him and my gut instinct was correct! I had called other pool companies and it was impossible to get a call back or a proper estimate. This was not the case with Alligator Pools! Martha, who handled all the administrative task, was also fantastic and very easy to communicate with and ask questions with quick answers in return. This company is outstanding. From beginning to end they were amazing. The costumer service was beyond wonderful. Everything ran like clockwork and the pool was done in 5 days. We had resurfacing and a shelf with stairs put in. We are soooooo happy!! Thank you Alligator Pools.
