Alligator Pools is one of the best companies we have ever worked with. Aldo was here every day making sure everything was done to our satisfaction and everything was done correctly. He was happy to make any adjustments we wanted as the work was in progress and was such a pleasure to do business with. The work crew was extremely efficient and paid attention to detail. Martha was prompt in answering any of our questions and a great help. The job started and completed in the given time frame, and they cleaned everything up when they were finished! SEAMLESS. I have never had a project as efficient, professional, and well managed as the one Aldo and Alligator pools took on. It started with a call to Alligator pools where Martha took my information and very quickly had Aldo come out to see my pool. Martha was the first person I spoke to and she was calm, and friendly, and answered all of my questions. Aldo came by within the week and it was quite obvious he knows his craft. He reassured me my pool could be fixed and explained timeline and costs. When we received the proposal everything was itemized and clearly explained. The price was fair and no hidden costs. We took a few months to figure out what we wanted and asked if Aldo could come back out. Martha once again scheduled Aldo to come out and he answered all of our questions. He is a busy man but he took all the time we required without rushing us. We immediately trusted this company and it was in large part to Aldo and Martha. After our new proposal was sent (we had added a few things) and we signed it and sent the deposit, our project started in a weeks time. Aldo brought in his team and those guys worked tirelessly. They started on a Thursday afternoon and the job was completed by Tuesday. Aldo would come by every day to check on his guys and the work. He cares about the projects he takes on. The team was respectful of our property, never asked for anything, and kept their work clean and organized. I was amazed at what a well oiled machine this company is. Aldo is Alligator Pools and I am certain there isn't a better choice out there. A++++++

We just had our pool refinished by Aldo and his team at Alligator Pools. The pool came out amazing. I was incredibly impressed with Aldo - on time, courtious, available to answer all my questions and incredibly patient with me. We are very lucky to have had Aldo and Alligator Pools help us with this project, which was our first time. We are looking forward to getting in the pool this weekend and years of enjoyment.
