SEAMLESS. I have never had a project as efficient, professional, and well managed as the one Aldo and Alligator pools took on. It started with a call to Alligator pools where Martha took my information and very quickly had Aldo come out to see my pool. Martha was the first person I spoke to and she was calm, and friendly, and answered all of my questions. Aldo came by within the week and it was quite obvious he knows his craft. He reassured me my pool could be fixed and explained timeline and costs. When we received the proposal everything was itemized and clearly explained. The price was fair and no hidden costs. We took a few months to figure out what we wanted and asked if Aldo could come back out. Martha once again scheduled Aldo to come out and he answered all of our questions. He is a busy man but he took all the time we required without rushing us. We immediately trusted this company and it was in large part to Aldo and Martha. After our new proposal was sent (we had added a few things) and we signed it and sent the deposit, our project started in a weeks time. Aldo brought in his team and those guys worked tirelessly. They started on a Thursday afternoon and the job was completed by Tuesday. Aldo would come by every day to check on his guys and the work. He cares about the projects he takes on. The team was respectful of our property, never asked for anything, and kept their work clean and organized. I was amazed at what a well oiled machine this company is. Aldo is Alligator Pools and I am certain there isn't a better choice out there. A++++++

Alligator Pools is one of the best companies we have ever worked with. Aldo was here every day making sure everything was done to our satisfaction and everything was done correctly. He was happy to make any adjustments we wanted as the work was in progress and was such a pleasure to do business with. The work crew was extremely efficient and paid attention to detail. Martha was prompt in answering any of our questions and a great help. The job started and completed in the given time frame, and they cleaned everything up when they were finished! It was an absolute pleasure working with them and would highly recommend.

ALDO IS ALLIGATOR POOLS. what a wonderful experience it was to have our pool completely renovated by this company. Aldo, the manager of the work site was incredible. I have had very bad experiences in Miami with other companies. However, Aldo made this experience an incredibly pleasant one. He was punctual, courteous and very helpful. He answered all of our questions and he made sure that everything was picked up and neatly after each day’s work was completed . He was there every day to make sure the workers did an excellent job and I can’t say enough about him. That’s why I say “ Aldo is Alligator Pools.” I recommend this company to anyone who wants a job well done, professionally and efficiently.

We have had Freddy cleaning our pools for several months now and have been so pleased with our service. We have a lot of vegetation around the pool which leaves a lot of leaves etc in it however every week when Freddy cleans it, it looks so good. He is also so friendly and speaks English which is good for us that does not speak Spanish. I highly recommend Aligator Pools and especially Freddy. Office staff is also easy to reach and nice to speak to.
